Returns Policy

We have a liberal returns policy; if you are not satisfied with your purchase you could return the product within 30 days of the Order Ship Date, No questions asked.

The product should be in original condition with its original packing with all the labels and tags. You could submit your request for Return or Replacement by contacting us at care@grabourdeals.com

Upon receipt of Return Request, we will authorize the eligible return requests and send you the details about where and how to send the return. 

When we receive the product at our warehouse, we will inspect and process the replacement or refund within 7 business days from the date of receipt of return. The whole order amount will be refunded except associated shipping charges. For free or discounted shipping orders, the actual shipping costs will be deducted from the refunded amount. No restocking fee is required.
